Our Statement of Faith

There is life and death in the power of our tongues (Proverbs 18:21).
At Liberation, we speak life! We acknowledge the finished work of Christ and declare freedom over our lives.
We say this statement during every Sunday service.

The only condition is that you say it like you mean it! Let’s say it together:

I choose to be liberated! I choose to be free! I have this privilege, because Jesus died for me!
Trials may come, but they cannot stay! I will overcome any challenges that come my way!
I choose to be liberated! I choose to be free!

TODAY is MY DAY! TODAY is YOUR DAY!
TODAY is OUR DAY, OF VICTORY!!!

What We Believe

We believe that God is coming back for one church. We believe that one is saved through the belief in the finished work of Jesus on Calvary and as such, there are true believers in Christ across the denominational spectrum. We do not want any barriers or pre-requisites that would prohibit any from coming to Christ as they are.

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God and was given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. Through the study and adherence to the bible’s teachings we can become mature spiritually. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

We believe in one God who is eternal in His existence, Triune in His manifestation, being Father, Son and Holy Ghost AND that He is sovereign and absolute in His authority. (Colossians 2:9)

We believe that salvation is received through belief on Jesus Christ death, burial, resurrection and the confession that He is your Lord and savior. (Romans 10:13-14)

We believe in baptism by immersion of water as a representation of your past being buried and your future with God resurrecting. (Acts 2:38; Matthew 28:19)

We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. We believe that if you are a willing vessel the Holy Spirit will take residence within you and provide guidance, comfort and power. The evidence of the Holy Spirit’s indwelling presence is a changed life through the expression of the fruits of the Spirit. (Acts 2:4; Ephesians 5:18-21)

We believe in the rapture of the church and the Second Coming of Christ. (1 Thessalonians 4:14-17)

We believe in worshiping the Lord in spirit, song, and with the raising of our hands. We believe that we are to praise and worship Him with our whole being. (Psalm 150:1-6; John 4:24)

We are a church that believes in tithing and presenting a tenth of your income to the church. The tithe is the responsibility of the church, because it allows the church to function properly and allows the members to prosper. (Malachi 3:10-11)

We believe in Communion and the serving of the Lord’s Supper. (1 Corinthians 11:23-28)
